Wequity is a company that provides digital services. These services may include, but are not limited to, a Reporting ESG platform and a Media Screening ESG platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

We provide the Products and Services described below:

  • Wequity's Screening solution enables asset managers to identify ESG risks in their portfolio companies, specifically potential breaches of the EU's "Do No Significant Harm" principles. It uses advanced algorithms and data analysis.
  • Wequity's AI screening solution enhances due diligence for asset managers, aiding in the evaluation of ESG breaches within prospective investments. Utilising AI and data analytics, it scrutinises ESG performance, risk factors, and industry compliance, enabling informed decisions and identification of potential risks.
  • Wequity ensures comprehensive ESG due diligence, aligning investments with sustainability and responsible principles.
  • Wequity’s Reporting platform automates ESG data collection from your internal documents and pre-fills your ESG questionnaire. It identifies and calculates relevant data, removing manual entry needs. It allows the clients to effortlessly share, export, and integrate their SFDR reporting in a machine-readable format (XBRL) with auditable reporting capabilities.

User Obligations

Account Creation: To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

User Conduct: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Method of payment

The subscription fee shall be paid via Stripe, an online payment processing platform. Upon signing up for the subscription, the user will be required to provide valid payment details, which will be securely stored by Stripe for the duration of the subscription period.

The subscription may include trial periods, during which the user will have limited access to the services provided. In the event that the user decides to continue with the subscription beyond the trial period, the subscription fee will be automatically charged to the provided payment method on a recurring basis, according to the chosen subscription plan.

The user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate payment information on their account to avoid any disruption or termination of the subscription service. Any disputes or issues related to payments should be directed to Stripe's customer support.

The subscription fee is non-refundable, except as otherwise explicitly stated in these terms and conditions or required by applicable law.


Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and text, are owned or licensed by the Company. You agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Belgium and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms of Service permit you to use the Website for your commercial use only.
