Without prejudice to the above, data processed in the context of the execution of a (future) contract is actively retained for the duration necessary for the execution of the contract or the follow-up of our contractual relationship and will then be archived for the legal duration of the prescription period for contractual actions of 10 years, before being definitively deleted upon expiry of the prescription.

To whom can your data be transferred?

What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?

Right of access: Where permitted by law, you have the right to request whether we process your personal data and what personal data concerning you is being processed. When you are a client, the member area of the ESG Reporting Platforms and Media Screening ESG allows you to have access to a large part of all the personal data processed by our services. In any case, in the event of a specific request, we will only comply with a possible access request if we can identify you with certainty based on the information in our possession. Any request for access to your data must be accompanied by a copy of your identity card. We have 30 days to respond to your request, and this period begins only once we have all the required information to satisfy your request.
