Ownership. We are a small team, so you should be comfortable with uncertainty and taking ownership. We expect you to be proactive, be able to set your priorities, and be able to follow time constraints.Lean. Since our startup tries to remain lean, priorities may shift and some of your work might be dropped to focus on impact.

Moving quickly. We are moving quickly. This does not mean crazy working hours but does imply high productivity. You need to be comfortable in being focused at work.

Collaborative. We want you to be collaborative, bring your ideas and experience to help us improve our team and ways of working.
